Pannekoeken (Dutch Pancakes)
Dan brought back this recipe from his Euro-Bike & Walking Tours vacation in Holland. Thanks, EB&WT!
- 1 or 2 Eggs
- 1 c Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c Flour
- Beat eggs to a froth; add milk and salt. Slowly stir in flour.
- Cook very thin layers on buttered griddle.
- Roll up with butter and brown sugar or serve with maple syrup.
Note: Pancakes are used for dinner or dessert in The Netherlands
