  • Scarlet-legged land crabs
  • Iguanas
  • Agoutis

  • Raccoons, parrots & parakeets

The ocean water temperature is always near a comfortable 80º F - perfect for swimming and other water sports.

* Due to limited luggage allowance for local and charter flights (40 lbs per person), we highly recommend you to pack in a separate bag the clothes you will need during the next 2 days. Surf's up!

This morning we make a trip to the beach for a 3-hour surfing lesson in one of the best beginner surfing areas in Costa Rica.

When you feel confident enough to give it a go, your instructor will accompany you into the waves.

Surfing is tiring work, so when you're ready to take a hard-earned break, help yourself to fresh fruit and delicious cold drinks on the beach. The afternoon is yours to enjoy at the hotel or exploring one of the many activities Manuel Antonio has to offer, including:

  • Boating
  • River rafting
  • Fishing
