Hyalite Canyon / Silken Skein Falls / Gallatin Canyon / Ousel Falls
Meals Included:  (L,D)
Overnight: 320 Guest Ranch

Lace up your trail running shoes for a beautiful introductory trail run above 7,000-feet in Hyalite Canyon taking in views of Grotto, Arch and Silken Skein Falls before turning around and racing back the way you came (5 miles total). Enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch to refuel the muscles and mind, and then shuttle through Gallatin Canyon to the town of Big Sky. Once there you can stretch yourself out for a jaunt over to the locals' favorite, Ousel Falls (1.1 miles one way). Our warm-up workout will be running the undulating trail to the falls themselves and then we will incorporate a short burst of high intensity to our day with a functional fitness workout overlooking the falls. The cool-down workout will be a run back to the trailhead for a short stretching/yoga session. Head out in the van for a 30-minute ride to the night's accommodations at the 320 Guest Ranch. Dinner will be at the 320 Steakhouse and Saloon.

Day 2: Big Sky / Beehive Basin
Montana Active Vacation
Meals Included:  L, D

Get energized first thing in the morning with an invigorating workout as you overlook horse pastures and take in the mountain scenery. Embark on an all-day hike in the Spanish Peaks to Beehive Basin (6 miles round trip) with sweeping views of the Madison and Gallatin Ranges, including Big Sky's Lone Peak. Experience an obstacle course over naturally-made obstacles as you make your way to the beautiful Alpine Lake. Upon arrival to the lake 3-miles in, you'll settle in for a peaceful yoga session, overlooking Big Sky. After you enjoy a packed lunch, you'll continue the trek through wildflower meadows, glacial streams and the distinctive crags of Beehive Peak. When you arrive back to the 320 Ranch, you will enjoy a BBQ dinner and then a workshop on Athletic massage from a special Guest.

About 320 Guest Ranch
In the west, life has certainly gotten easier than it was in the early days, even at a Montana guest ranch. But some of the things that mattered most back then are still important today; like delicious, hearty meals, and the 320's friendly, laid-back attitude.

Experience a 110-year-old homestead - reshaped into a Montana guest ranch. Relive the early western atmosphere and down-home hospitality - all in one big beautiful, historic property. The 320 Ranch offers exceptional cowboy comfort just south of Big Sky Ski Resort, where the pristine Gallatin River winds through sage and towering pines, and mountains rise up against crystal blue skies.

Day 3: Yellowstone National Park / Grand Prismatic / Old Faithful / Lake Yellowstone
Reebok Fitness Vacation
Meals Included:  B,L,D

Put on your running shoes again and head into Yellowstone for a trail running tour of Grand Prismatic Spring, the third largest hot spring in the world. Move on to Old Faithful and the Upper Geyser Basin, home of the largest collection of geysers in the world. Along the trails surrounding the steaming pools and geysers, you will incorporate functional fitness movements into a scenic geyser gazing walk. You will then be able to rest on the drive along the shore of the magnificent Yellowstone Lake (1 hour transfer). This evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at the historic Old Faithful Inn before catching an eruption of Old Faithful under the light of the moon.

About Old Faithful Snow Lodge
Completed in 1999, the Snow Lodge is the newest of the park's full service hotels, and has been recognized with the Cody Award for Western Design and Travel and Leisure's Inn of the Month. The heavy timber construction, exterior log columns and cedar shingle roof were part of the design that is destined to make the Snow Lodge a significant example of classic "parkitecture."

Day 4: Hayden Valley / Grand Canyon of Yellowstone / Yellowstone River
Montana Fitness Vacation
Meals Included:  B,L,D
Overnight: Mammoth Cabins

The day starts early with awake-up call - Burpees, pushups, and lunges are easier to manage while overlooking the vast Lake Yellowstone. Afterwards, head out to Yellowstone's Hayden Valley to spot moose, bison, and wolves. Upon arrival to the Canyon area, you'll hike in the "back way" to Artist point, passing by several small lily pad-studded lakes, whiteout landscapes and bubbling mud pots (3 miles round trip). Drive north to the town of Gardiner (2 hours) and have lunch at the historic Roosevelt Arch. After lunch, get ready to work the abs and core as we load into inflatable kayaks for a beautiful and exhilarating white water (Class II and III) ride down the Yellowstone River. Check into your lodge just inside the north entrance of the Park at Mammoth Hot Springs.

About Mammoth Cabins
The Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel and Cabins - named after nearby springs - offers a warm welcome to summer and winter visitors. The hotel, as it stands today was built in 1936, while retaining a wing of guest rooms originally built in 1911, and features its signature Map Room containing a large wooden map of the United States constructed of 15 different woods from nine countries.

Day 5: Sepulcher Mountain / Paradise Valley

Once at the top of the mountain, fuel your spirit with a yoga session among "the tombstones." You'll then fuel your body with lunch and head back down by way of Gardner's Hole taking in a whole new view (changing every mile) of Yellowstone. After this very active day, transfer to Chico Hot Springs (1 hour) before meeting up with the group for a tour of the senses at Chico's Gardens where you will learn about which herbs and vegetables will be used in tonight's dinner. Relive memories of the week and enjoy the evening at tonight's farewell feast.
