What’s in it for you?

Commissions on Trips Booked by Guests Directly with Austin Adventures

If your client had an amazing time on our trip (chances are they did) and calls us directly to book another adventure, we’ll gladly pay you commission for their booking. Our only requirements are that the client approves, and you take over the reservation within 30 days of the guest’s date of deposit.

Once you call us, we finalize the details of the trip directly with you and your client. We promise professional, personalized service from the initial inquiry to the final farewells.

In-Depth Training and Support

Austin Adventures will gladly teach you (and any others in your agency) about our product line, and the advantages and opportunities of selling adventure travel in general. If your client has questions, we’re happy to set up a three-way call: you, them, and one of our experienced travel consultants. Our Marketing team has images and ads available to help you promote tours and destinations on your own website and email marketing.

Agent Protection

You work hard for clients and deserve to keep them. We respect your Agent/Client relationships and will inform you if a past client returns to us directly.

Cancelation Policy and Refund

The following cancellation policies and fees apply:

In the event your clients need to cancel their trip, the following cancelation charges will apply:

Cancelation 61-90 days before trip departure: Full trip payment refunded less 25%
Cancelation 31-60 days before trip departure: 50% of the trip payment is refunded
Cancelation 0-30 days before trip departure: No refund is given
Any deposits not transferred to future trips are non-refundable and will be forfeited. All refunds are less any non-refundable expenses incurred by Austin Adventures.

Requested changes to your client’s trip and/or date must be made prior to 90 days before your departure. In the event your client needs to change your trip and/or date, the following will apply:
One change (trip and/or date): free of charge
Second and subsequent changes: USD $300 per guest per change
New trip pricing (where applicable) will apply for all changes
A cancelation or postponement will take effect from the date which Austin Adventures receives written notification of the cancelation or postponement. This cancelation policy includes voluntary or involuntary early departure from a trip. No refunds will be given for missed or unused services such as accommodation, activities or meals. We strongly recommend your client has travel insurance which covers cancelation fees at time of booking.
