There’s nothing better than discovering refreshing drinks from around the world.  Because these recipes are usually infused with local ingredients from the area of origin, you’ll feel as if you’re on vacation while sitting in your own back yard. Take a “trip” to Peru and the Andes with the Pisco Sour cocktail.Pisco Sour Cocktail


2oz. Pisco Barsol Quebranta

1oz. Fresh lime juice

1/2oz. Simple Syrup

1  Fresh egg white

Angostura bitters to taste

Garnish: 1 lime wheel

Recommended glass: highball or flute


Step 1: Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice

Step 2: Shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass or Champagne Flute

Step 3: Garnish with a lime wheel and 3 gentle drops of Angostura Bitters, which will settle in the foam of the cocktail.

Step 4: Using a straw, swirl the bitters into a simple design.
