Greetings Fellow Adventurers,

As the seasons begin to change and we reflect back on what has been quite the tumultuous year for many, we can’t help but begin fantasizing about a fresh start in 2021. What better way to start off a new year than with a spring vacation to Europe? We know we’re only just starting to see the leaves fall here in the States, but we can’t help but daydream about the warm sun coupled with that cool breeze that carries the aroma of blooming spring flowers.

If you’re like us and are thinking ahead to where oh where your spring travels might take you, you’re not alone. We are thrilled to see countries starting to open up around the globe and gearing up to host adventurous souls once again.  Here at Austin Adventures, the inquiries and reservations for spring and summer trips continue to escalate as excitement builds in the travel community around what’s sure to be a much needed “comeback year” in the world of tourism. Start planning now and give yourself something to look forward to. After the year we’ve all had, we definitely think you deserve a much-needed vacation!

Check out these incredible European vacation destinations to spark some ideas for that perfect spring getaway…

The Dalmatian Coast of Croatia – Enjoy the peak of the warm weather without the influx of tourists as you dive into the crystal blue waters of the bay. And when it’s time to dry off and watch the sunset, sip wine from charming vineyards and relish in the evening air.

Barcelona, Spain – No better way to shake off that winter hibernation and welcome the warmth than with an adventurous spring vacation snorkeling, kayaking, and biking through the Pyrenees Mountains to the sparkling coves of Costa Brava.

The Netherlands | Holland – If a season could be a place, spring would most definitely be Holland. From having a drink on a cobblestone terrace at a quaint café to taking a leisurely bike ride through the world-renowned blooming tulip fields, it is hard to beat a Dutch spring. So, while everyone keeps buzzing about the reds and yellows of the trees changing, we are yearning for the reds and yellows of the tulips in Holland. How about you?
