Virtual Adventures for Kids

With the outbreak of Covid-19, many of us are finding it hard to keep our kids busy while we are home. To that end, we’ve been working ‘round the clock to figure out the best mode of delivery, content, and interactive “lesson plans” to share with Austin Adventures’ youngest travelers. We’re happy to report that our first FUN Yellowstone National Park webinar and our second Alaska Adventure were a huge success! You can register for our next Virtual Adventure below.

We had well over 1,000 registered for each webinar and around 90%  stayed with us the entire time! Here are the first two recordings!

Alaska: The Land of the Midnight Sun

Yellowstone Virtual Adventure for Kids

The visuals were great and my two daughters (Abby -10 and Hannah – 7) loved the entire presentation (especially when they got the polls right and could strut their intelligence). These webinars are not only an incredible offer for me and my wife, who are working hard and trying to find educational content for our girls, but are so important to develop a sense of adventure and desire to learn and explore in a fun way.”Matt

Zoo Montana

Our next Virtual Adventure takes us to ZooMontana!

The beloved ZooMontana, just down the road from the Austin Adventures Farm, is opening its doors to allow us to experience some wildlife, up close and personal! Learn about bears, wolves, bison, eagles, and so much more!

Virtual Adventures for Kids is designed for children ages 6-12, but really anyone can join (parents encouraged to hop on as well!) We understand that kids are out of school due to the Coronavirus pandemic and might be getting to the point where they’re bored out of their gourds…and are maybe driving you a bit nuts in the process! 😉

We want to help by hosting these Virtual Adventures through Zoom. We’ll be doing one a week on Thursdays and will send out webinar invites for you to sign your kids up. You can also register for upcoming webinars below! Topics will range from Yellowstone National Park to Simple Bike Maintenance 101 to a Virtual Zoo Tour, and lessons will last anywhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the topic and how much we have to cover.

We’ll be posting these lessons to our social media channels as well in the weeks to come. The goal is to have fun and figure things out as we go because honestly, this whole “working & schooling from home” thing is new to all of us! Follow us on Facebook to keep up-to-date with all of our Virtual Adventures!
