Adventure Travel with Austin Adventures!
Why Austin Adventures?
See for yourself…
Benefits of a tour operator
It’s hard to plan a detailed vacation when you’re working long hours, or taking care of the kids, or both. When you travel with a tour operator, you leave the guessing and the stressing at home. Traveling with guides who know the area and activities, the restaurants and accommodations, and everything in between can let you experience each destination in the best and most unique way possible. One of the great things about group travel – you can make lifelong friends and new travel companions for future explorations. At Austin Adventures, we have combined incredibly well-curated itineraries in breathtaking destinations like, Yellowstone and Grand Canyon National Parks, with exceptional value to create amazing experiences for our guests.
What sets us apart
#1 in Family Travel. Voted the best tour operator in the world in 2012 for family travel, we can comfortably say that we wrote the formula for family fun. Our family adventures include extra guides and vans, special equipment and separate activities so grownups can enjoy some “adult time” (even if it means curling up with a book at the hotel). Offering a perfect blend of R&R, comfort and adventure, you simply can’t beat an Austin Adventures family vacation.
Leave the legwork to us. At Austin Adventures, we take care of all the details, large and small, so your only job is to show up – and have fun! Leave the logistics to us: the activities, guides, gear, hotels, restaurants – you name it, we’ve got it covered.
Smaller is better. With a 6:1 ratio of guests to guides (the lowest in the industry) and a maximum of 18 guests per trip (18 for family departures; 12 for adult departures), our small groups allow us to offer personalized, above-and-beyond service for each of our guests. On family adventures one of three guides is dedicated just to the kids. It’s our promise at Austin Adventures to give you exactly what you want, and more.
Our guests call them the “WOWs”. They’re the unexpected details that amaze and delight throughout your adventure. An ice cream sundae on Exit Glacier in Alaska. A surprise sundowner on the Serengeti. A sparkling cider birthday toast on the banks of Loch Ness. Wowing our guests is something we do on every adventure, and it’s often these signature extras you’ll remember the most.
